Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned closer who already speaks the language of concrete. You'll meet customers on site, read the slab, recommend the right system, and write proposals our crews can build. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no cap — it's built for someone with industry knowledge and a network who wants to be paid on what they close.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up on leads from your network, referrals, and company inquiries
• Run on-site walkthroughs: assess slab condition, moisture, and prep requirements
• Measure and scope jobs, then write clear estimates and proposals
• Recommend the right system — epoxy, polished concrete, microtopping, urethane cement, or waterproofing
• Close deals and hand off accurate scopes to our production team
• Keep customers updated through scheduling and final walkthrough

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years selling in concrete, flooring, coatings, roofing, or construction services
• Working knowledge of coating systems, surface prep, and how concrete fails
• Able to estimate square footage and scope jobs accurately
• Your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone or laptop
• Self-directed — comfortable working on 100% commission as an independent contractor

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with general contractors, property managers, or HOAs
• Commercial and industrial flooring sales experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish
