Concrete Restoration Technician
Prep, repair, and finish concrete on residential and commercial jobs — epoxy, polished concrete, urethane cement, microtopping, and waterproofing.
About the Role
Our technicians are the reason customers call us back. You will work on a small, tight crew turning worn, cracked, and stained slabs into floors that look great and hold up for years. Every job is different — a garage in Huntington Beach one day, a brewery or warehouse floor the next. Experienced installers start at the top of the range; motivated helpers get trained on the job.
What You'll Do
- Prepare surfaces with planetary grinders, shot blasters, and dust-collection equipment
- Repair cracks, spalls, joints, and slab defects before coating or polishing
- Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, microtopping, and waterproofing systems to spec
- Run diamond polishing through progressive grits to the finish the customer ordered
- Load, maintain, and clean tools and equipment; keep job sites clean and safe
- Protect customer property and communicate professionally on site
What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Huntington Beach shop
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet or knees for a full day
- Comfortable traveling to job sites throughout Orange County and Southern California
- Shows up on time, takes direction, and takes pride in the finish
Nice to Have
- Experience with epoxy, polished concrete, flooring, or other construction trades
- Experience running grinders, shot blasters, or floor polishers
- Bilingual English / Spanish
What We Offer
- Paid on-the-job training on professional coating and polishing systems
- Overtime pay per California law
- Steady, year-round residential and commercial work
- A clear path to crew lead for people who show they can run a job
